To Make in a Skillet
Preheat a skillet to medium heat. Add extra virgin olive oil and garlic.
Sauté a 2-3 minutes then add Sriracha, lime juice and shrimp.
Cook until shrimp are opaque 5-7 minutes.
Stir in dried parsley and serve immediately.
To Make in the Oven:
Preheat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the shrimp in an even layer on the sheet pan. Stir the oil, lime juice, Sriracha, minced garlic in a bowl and pour over the shrimp.
Bake for 10 minutes or until opaque. Sprinkle with dried parsley and serve immediately.
