Ingredients

To Make 1 Sandwich

Instructions

  • Assemble the sandwiches by placing sprouts on one slice of the gluten free bread, followed by turkey, cranberry sauce, sliced apples then place the remaining slice of bread on top.
  • Note, you can spritz a little lemon juice on the apples to keep them from turning.
  • Cut the sandwich in half then place in meal prep containers.

Notes

  • Serve your sandwich with any leftover green vegetable (about 1 cup) you have on hand. I used green beans in the recipe which are not included in the nutritional data.
  • My Amazon shop has more products similar to those used for this recipe and that I recommend to my weight loss clients.
