Assemble the sandwiches by placing sprouts on one slice of the gluten free bread, followed by turkey, cranberry sauce, sliced apples then place the remaining slice of bread on top.
Note, you can spritz a little lemon juice on the apples to keep them from turning.
Cut the sandwich in half then place in meal prep containers.
- Serve your sandwich with any leftover green vegetable (about 1 cup) you have on hand. I used green beans in the recipe which are not included in the nutritional data.
