  • Preheat oven to 400 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Beat the egg whites with the milk several minutes until soft peaks form.
  • Mix remaining ingredients together in a mixing bowl then fold in the egg whites. 
  • The dough will be thick and sticky. If it's runny, add a small amount of coconut flour to absorb the liquid. 
  • Divide the batter into 6 even balls. Form them into rounds or the shape you want you the biscuits to be in.
  • Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes until slightly golden on top. 
  • Remove from the oven and enjoy immediately, or store in the refrigerator up to 7 days.
