Heat the oven to 350 F. Prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the lobster on a cutting board. Using a kitchen scissors, cut the shell of the lobster tail down the center and remove. Then place the lobster on the prepared baking sheet.
In a small bowl or ramekin, mix the avocado oil, lemon, minced garlic, thyme and parsley.
Dip a basting brush into the avocado oil mixture and coat each lobster tail with it liberally.
Bake at 350 F 5 minutes or until lobster is slightly pink. Serve immediately hot out of the oven.
