Preheat oven to 350° F and set aside a medium baking dish.
To a large mixing bowl, add the cream cheese and beat with an electric mixer until smooth or blend in a blender until smooth. Next add the Greek yogurt, mayo, hot sauce, Old Bay and lemon juice. Blend or beat to combine.
Fold in the crab meat, scallions (reserving a bit for on top) and half of the parmesan.
Transfer to the baking dish and top with the other half of the parmesan.
Bake at 350° F, 20 to 25 minutes or until hot. Remove from the oven and top with more scallions and fresh parsley.

Notes
Use freshly shredded Parmesan cheese instead of preshredded cheese for a more even melt and non-grainy texture.
Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for 30-45 minutes to make it easier to whip and mix with the other ingredients.
Don’t over mix the crab meat into the dip or it may break down and turn mushy.
