Ingredients

Instructions

  • To a medium bowl, add nut butter, maple syrup, oat flour, lemon extract, chia seeds and roughly chopped freeze dried strawberries. Combine with a spoon until ingredients are fully blended.
  • Divide the mixture into 12 equal portions. Roll each portion into a bite-size ball. The batter should be squishy and stick together easily. If it doesn't, dampen your hands with water. This will be enough to help it stick together.
  • Place rolled bites in a container in the refrigerator 30 minutes to set. Keep in the refrigerator up to 10 days or in the freezer up to 60 days.

Notes

  • I have not tested other flours with this recipe yet.
  • Fresh strawberries will not work in the recipe. It will make the batter too wet.
  • My Amazon shop has more products similar to those used for this recipe and that I recommend to my nutrition clients.
