Ingredients

  • 2 cups romaine lettuce chopped
  • 2 tablespoons low fat feta for Vegan & Paleo, omit the cheese
  • 1 medium apple sliced & cored
  • 1 tablespoon walnuts raw, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  • Layer all ingredients in a bowl, top with balsamic vinegar and DEVOUR!
  • Use dressing to taste and feel free to add extra toppings.
