- 4 turkey burgers I used Jennie-O or 1 lb. lean ground turkey
- 1/2 cup spiralized zucchini
- 1/2 cup spiralized carrots
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
To a large bowl, add the 4 turkey burgers and break them down with your hands.
Add the spiralized carrots, zucchini, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Use your hands to gently disperse the ingredients into the burgers.
Divide the meat into 4 sections and form into patties using your hands.
Heat
a grill pan to medium heat.
Place the burgers on the grill pan. Cook 5 minutes then flip and cook another 5 minutes on the other side.
Serve immediately, or, store in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in the freezer 1 month.
