Ingredients

  • 4 turkey burgers I used Jennie-O or 1 lb. lean ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup spiralized zucchini
  • 1/2 cup spiralized carrots
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • To a large bowl, add the 4 turkey burgers and break them down with your hands.
  • Add the spiralized carrots, zucchini, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Use your hands to gently disperse the ingredients into the burgers.
  • Divide the meat into 4 sections and form into patties using your hands.
  • Heat a grill pan to medium heat.
  • Place the burgers on the grill pan. Cook 5 minutes then flip and cook another 5 minutes on the other side.
  • Serve immediately, or, store in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in the freezer 1 month.
