Sriracha Parsley Chicken Burgers

  • Prepheat a grill pan to medium heat with extra virgin olive oil.
  • While the pan heat, place the chicken in a mixing bowl with Sriracha, parsley, garlic powder, salt & pepper.
  • Break up the meat with your hands, working the other ingredients into it thoroughly.
  • Divide the mixture into 6 even amounts then form each one into a patty with your hands, flattening gently.
  • Place each patty on the grill pan. Cook 5-7 minutes the flip the burgers, cooking another 5-7 minutes on the other side until cooked through.
  • Remove from pan and serve immediately.
  • Store in the refrigerator up to 1 week or in the freezer up to 1 month.
