  • Preheat oven to 250 F. Prepare a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the egg whites until frothy. Add the pecans and pumpkin seeds.
  • In a separate smaller mixing bowl, combine the seasonings and sugar then pour the sugar and spice mixture over the nuts and combine well.
  • Pour the nuts onto the baking sheet and spread out and into an even layer.
  • Bake 45 minutes then remove from the oven and cool 1 hour.
  • Remove from the baking sheet then store in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Store up to 7 days.
