- 15 ounce chicken or tuna, water drained
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for Paleo
- 2 tablespoons hazelnuts raw with shell removed and chopped
- 1/2 green apple diced
- 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon tarragon
Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir to combine well.
Divide the salad evenly among 3 meal prep containers and store in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
Serve on a bed over greens, as a sandwich, in a wrap or enjoy with gluten free crackers.
