This year has brought a lot of change personally and professionally. I graduated from my two year nutrition practitioner program and grew my 1:1 coaching. I started dating "the guy" who's become my rock and keeps me laughing even when things go haywire.

Something else I started recently was the Skinny Fitalicious membership program. My goal with this program is to eventually eliminate ADs from my site.
