Happy Sunday Friends!

I’m happy to report Mom made it back safely yesterday. Despite many airline delays, she finally arrived and even with a smile on her face. It’s a relief having her back although I will say I’m ready to be free again. Three more weeks, 3 more weeks, THREE MORE WEEKS. It’s going to be a long 3 weeks.

In usual Sunday style, I’m bombarding you with all the links I uncovered this week. I feel honored I can share these reads with you guys each week and as always, feel free to leave suggestions of good reads in the comments too. Now grab a cup of coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny then I recommend you make these these pumpkin almond butter pancakes!

I agree. It’s hard not to get trapped in keeping up with everyone else instead of being a trailblazer ourselves.

Great blog, Megan! In terms of health, you might want to look into the Ketogenic diet and give an honest opinion about it. Ketogenic diet is all about having a healthy diet, by consuming high-fat, low-carb food.

I do not condone the Keto diet. There are no scientific studies that show from birth through death the effects on human health and for females, there are actually negative side effects. Keto is a diet, not a healthy lifestyle. All the reasons why I do not support Keto are in this video.
