Hey Friends! How’s the weekend treating you? Like the rest of you, I’m trying not to die from the extreme heat. On Friday, it was 96 degrees when I went to the gym at 5 a.m. Holly cow! Praying for rain this week to cool off the dessert. We desperately need it!
Nothing exciting new around here. Working on my next (and last) 14 day sugar challenge for the year which will be end of August or early September. I haven’t finalized the date yet.
