Hope you’re enjoying this summer weekend! Well, the triple digits officially arrived in Arizona this week and I’m pretty sure they’re here to stay. Holly Hot! This weekend has been all about staying inside and staying cool. That’s probably a good thing because my left foot is very angry with plantar fasciitis right now. I’ve been taking it easy and drinking a thousand smoothies. It’s too hot to cook or eat anything. Expect a lot of no bake and smoothie recipes in the next few weeks. With that, I better get to no baking while you get to the Sunday Skinny. See you back tomorrow for something light and delicious!
