Hey Friends! What are you up to this weekend? I’m wrapping up the ladies in the sugar challenge and getting them started with their macros next week. They did amazing crushing their cravings and eating real food. I was blown away with how much effort they put in!
Now that cravings are under control, we’re focusing on macros in the group to hit their weight loss goals. One woman who’s been in the program since January has lost 26 pounds so far and she’s close to coming off her blood pressure medication. I love sharing the successes of these women!
