Hey Friends! Thank you to those who reached out about my Dad’s surgery Friday. Everything went well. He was discharged yesterday and home recovering now. It’s always scary when family has surgery and you live sooooo far away.
It was a stressful week, but we had some much needed fun yesterday. The guy and I started the morning with a hike then went to a work event his company was putting on at TopGolf. We both like to golf so it was a lot of fun.
Today, I’m back teaching spin then getting all my food meal prepped for the week!
