Hi Friends! Happy Sunday! What have you been up to this week/weekend? I can’t believe it’s Sunday. Last week flew by and was crazy getting people signed up for my spring virtual coaching program. Speaking of which, today is the LAST DAY TO SIGN UP. If you’re wondering why you should sign up, watch this FB video I did this week.
Thankfully, the weekend has been less crazy. I’ve been hanging with the guy, made these brownies, enjoyed a long walk in 80 degree weather (got a little sunburn) and finished homework outside at Starbucks. As for today, I’m teaching two back to back spin classes, picking up essentials at Trader Joe’s then meeting the guy for lunch.
