Hey Friends! What are up to this weekend? It’s been a wonky week here. My group fitness schedule changed this week and I’m such a creature of habit that it really messed me up. On the other hand, having a father with dementia I know how important it is to switch your schedule for your brain. So while I’m over here feeling sleep deprived I’m reminding myself of the importance of that. There’s always an upside to everything!
