The Sunday Skinny 1/27/19

Hey Friends! How’s your weekend? It’s GORGEOUS here! We went for a hike yesterday after I taught my cycle class. It felt great to get outside since we’re cooped up so much during the hot hot summer.

The 14 Day Sugar Challenge is wrapping up today and the women in my membership group are transitioning into food tracking and a little kitchen challenge. If you’re interested in joining this fun group of women, let me know!
