Hey Friends! How was your week? I hope it was great! It was honesty a tough week for me. Not sleeping equals me on an emotional rollercoaster. I’ve been taking some downtime this weekend because I don’t want to feel like a zombie this week. My poor boyfriend is super sweet about it. I swear nothing bothers him.
I’m teaching spin this morning then prepping food. I made myself a custom meal plan because I haven’t been eating as much as I should the last few weeks and need a plan to keep myself on track. Much easier when you don’t have to think about it. Ya know?
