Merry Christmas Eve Friends! Hope you’re enjoying this Christmas weekend! My family arrived last night just in time for the Packer game. We enjoyed large bowl of chicken and wild rice soup while we caught up. Not major plans here. Today I’m teaching spin then coming home to start cooking our Christmas Eve feast then we’ll open presents either tonight or tomorrow. Vegan Brussels Sprouts with Cashew Cream Sauce, Healthier Mashed Potatoes, Turkey, Green Beans and Potato biscuits on the menu. I failed at planning a dessert, but I have a plethora of cookies for everyone to eat!
