Hey Friends! This week has been a fun one in the 14 day sugar challenge! The ladies killed it with their meals and snacks. I just love doing these challenges, seeing the support and motivation in the Facebook membership group is like no other group. The sugar challenge continues on this week! Then we’ll be working on macros and food tracking in the membership group.
On the agenda this weekend, has been school work. As a nutrition practitioner, I have to take continuing education units each year. I actually really enjoy the classes, but don’t love that it takes up a few of my weekends. BOO!
