3 Smart Strategies To Stop Cravings So You Can Lose Weight!

The Sunday Skinny 11/27/16

November 27, 2016

Hi Friends! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving and survived Black Friday shopping mania! That is if you were brave enough to hit the stores. I spent a beautiful Thanksgiving Day at Kelli’s house. The weather could not have been more perfect for eating outside and enjoying the food. Then Friday I celebrated a belated birthday out with my friend Teresa. It was fun times!

The rest of the weekend I’ve been busy decorating, finishing up school work, baking ALL THE COOKIES and gearing up for Healthy For The Holidays. If you didn’t sign up, there’s still time to jump in today. Also, stay tuned for the next group coaching program starting in January. I think you’re going to love this!

Happy Thanksgiving Megan! I’m catching up on all my fave bloggers, and I was super enthused by your Sunday Skinny this week. My fave links covered getting inspo outside the internet, and intuitive eating. I feel like those are two things that we seriously struggle with in today’s day and age…and to imagine they were both probably no brainers to our parents. Both posts help me put a label on a few things I’ve been noticing lately, and I totally loved them.

    xx Jill

That’s good to hear Jill! I took a much needed break from social media over the weekend. Was much needed! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving lady!
