January 10, 2016

It is most definitely January! I was loving all your awesome posts this week filled with healthy living, eating and weight loss tips. So today I’m taking some much needed mental me time to cook, take down the tree and watch the Packer playoff game.

In my usual Sunday style, I’m sharing with you the best links I uncovered from the week so grab your coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny. P.S. Be sure to stop by tomorrow for an awesome recipe and giveaway!

Love the guilt free weight loss post too! As healthy living bloggers we lose perspective and speak from what we experience, I think. Should I read why not to monetize your blog! Lol 🙂
