3 Smart Strategies To Stop Cravings So You Can Lose Weight!

The Sunday Skinny 10/18/15

October 18, 2015

Happy Sunday Friends!

It’s been a wet and wild weekend in the desert. We NEVER get rain and it’s been raining on and off since Friday. Needless to say, we’ve been laying low this weekend because no one in Arizona knows how to drive in the rain. That’s probably a good thing because it’s my last weekend on crutches. Tomorrow I see the orthopedic for a 12 week checkup & hopefully, she will give me the blessing to start walking. Wish me luck!

In usual Sunday style, I’m bombarding you with all the best links I uncovered from the week so grab a cup of coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny. P.S. I have a sweet treat coming at you tomorrow, but if you cannot wait then I recommend you make the world’s best Double Chocolate Quinoa Brownies. You will die. Or eat the entire pan. <3
