Hey Friends! Hope you’re having a happy weekend. It’s been quiet here. Lots of catching up at home and working ahead on a few projects for a couple busy weekends ahead. It was exactly what I needed especially after last week’s unexpected excitement. P.S. Can you believe it’s the last weekend of February already? 

Today I am tackling meal prep like a ninja. Easy shrimp & broccoli stir-fry, sweet potato peanut butter hummus and these pancakes are on the plan along with taming my jungle of backyard.     Thanks for sharing, girl!! I was told (by the person who was the reason for the post…) that I must be extremely insecure for dedicating an entire post to the issue.     Dave and I call the blog our child, since it consumes all of our free time. So I can totally see it being your boyfriend 🙂 I hope you enjoyed your weekend, I’ve been running around like a crazy person. I wish I had more time to slow down and relax. I’ve been loving all the posts on not focusing on everyone else lately, exactly what I’ve been needing. We are all on our own journey, and I think that’s something to celebrate everyday!

      I so wish I had someone to help me with certain parts of the blog. It can be overwhelming! I am feel a bit of anxiety thinking about how I’m going to start and grow a business while going to school and stay afloat. I can understand what you mean. It’s not easy! We’re all here to support each other though. 🙂
