3 Smart Strategies To Stop Cravings So You Can Lose Weight!

The Sunday Skinny 9/25/16

September 25, 2016

Thank you for all your sweet comments this week. The surgery went well and I’ve been taking it easy this weekend. It’s all about pain management and learning to walk. It’s crazy how you can go from doing burpees one day at the gym to not being able to walk the next. Yikes! Well, I’m just glad it’s over with. Bring on the healing!

Since I won’t be cooking anytime soon, how about you make some good food for me? Some meal prep inspiration ->> Pumpkin Protein Pancakes, One Pan Chicken Brussels Sprouts & Butternut and Pumpkin Zucchini Sundried Tomato Biscuits.

Now for all the links I gathered this week. There are a TON of blogging ones this week so get ready for the avalanche! Grab your coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny!

Hiya Megan!! Glad to hear the surgery went well, you were in my thoughts over the weekend. The ‘Risk factors for stress fractures’ link is timely for me, I’m currently going through my third round of stress fractures in two years. I hate the way my body keeps letting me down!
