Happy August Friends! I can’t believe it’s August already, but truthfully this year couldn’t get over with soon enough. I’m sure you agree! With the gyms closed and being stuck at home, I’ve been going out for early morning walks every morning. Walking is so good for improving mood and metabolism and reducing stress.
