Happy Father’s day to all the Dad’s out there including mine! LOVE YOU & MISS YOU!!! But don’t tell Mom or she will get jealous…mmk?
As I’m writing this, I’m sweltering in 120 degree heat which is abnormally hot. Summer has arrived in the desert and it’s letting us know! Except for a couple early morning walks, I’ve been hiding indoors this weekend sipping on Orange Julius Smoothies. When it’s this hot you have no desire to go anywhere. At least I’ve gotten a lot of work done and I have some fun things in store for you guys this week!
On the meal prepping agenda today -> cottage cheese pancakes, zucchini salsa turkey burgers and blender salsa. Now for all the links I gathered from the week. Grab your coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny!

That’s some seriously hot weather. Good thing you like to get in the pool. Stay cool, Megan. Thanks for the share! 🙂
Haha, yes! I went for a 4 mile walk early this morning. Other than that I’ll be staying indoors. It’s just too hot!
Can’t imagine that kind of heat! I feel like crap when it hits 90 over here!
Like they say, at least it’s a “dry” heat. I couldn’t deal with humidity even at 70. YUCK!
Love your list, as always! I want to try that 20 minute treadmill workout!
Thank you Blair! I loved Ashley’s post too. 🙂
Great list of links! Thanks for sharing 🙂 I have always wanted to start a link up post like this but I think I’ll just enjoy yours instead!
Sure! I love discovering new blogs like yours doing it.
I remember the ONE time I felt 117. It was in Vegas, helping Vegas get the last of her stuff to San Diego. I was SO HAPPY we decided to move to SoCal vs. stay in Vegas. Dry heat, my ass!!!
Thanks for sharing my hangover cures. It’s so hot there, you don’t even need to work out to sweat it out… just walk outside! LOL!
No kidding. It was 121 yesterday. I’m sure I could have scrambled eggs on the sidewalk.
Thank you for sharing my post, Megan! 🙂 Now I’m off to check out some of the other links!
Of course lady! Hope you find some goodies. 🙂
