Hey Friends! Hope you’re have a great weekend. I’ve been a little under the weather since Friday and hoping I turn around before teaching spin this morning. I’m FINALLY back after being off recovering from my stress fracture. I taught earlier in the week, and everything with my leg has been A+ so far. I’m so happy the recovery was short lived.
