Hey Friends! Hope you’re enjoying the weekend. I’ve been up to my eyeballs in work, school and almond flour. Yesterday I did take a break for spin class and to meet up with a friend. It felt good to get out and clear my brain for a bit. You know what else feels good? When one of your swim students, hugs you and thanks you for a fun class. Melted my heart this week!
Speaking of melting, a couple cool features I stumbled upon across the web this week in case you’re looking for some meal prep inspiration today -> Brussels Sprouts Sweet Potato Salad featured on PopSugar and Carrot Apple Flax Muffins on Domino.
Now for what you’re all waiting for…the BEST links I gathered from the week. Grab a cup of coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny!
