3 Smart Strategies To Stop Cravings So You Can Lose Weight!

The Sunday Skinny 4/2/17

Happy April Friends! Hope you’re having a fun weekend. This weekend I’ve been on house arrest cuz I’ve been on crutches all week. Friday I see an orthopedic to get a diagnosis. I’ll give more details in a post this week, but to say I’m upset doesn’t even begin to describe what I’m feeling. To make matters better, I have a head cold. I can’t win at being healthy.

In happier news, Friday I had a fun photo shoot with Life Created {see sneak peak pic below}. After the shoot, I met Kelli for lunch because it was on her side of town. Later that night hung out with the guy, which mean yesterday I worked since I was gone all day Friday for the shoot. Today I’m meeting up with Erin while she’s in town visiting family.

Your Meal Prep Inspiration:

  • Spaghetti Squash Pizza
  • Zucchini Walnut Espresso Bread
  • Crockpot Oatmeal

Now grab your coffee and catch up on the best link you missed this week in this edition of the Sunday Skinny!

Hi Megan! OH NO, I’m sorry to hear you’ve sustained another injury. 🙁 But at least you’ve got your friends and a new man to jump in to help this time around. As always, LOVE your Sunday links. I really appreciate you sharing two of my fitness-related posts as well. And thanks for bringing my attention to Bri’s post on social media sponsorship!

Thanks friend. It’s been rough accepting this, but hopefully it will be short lived since I put myself on crutches right away and yes the new man and friends are keeping my spirits up. Thanks for the love as always!
