Hey Friends! Happy Sunday! What have you been up to this weekend? It’s 85 in Phoenix. We’re having a blast of early summer. A week ago it was 60, well below normal. I have no idea what to wear. Too hot for yoga pants and too cold for shorts, but perfect for baking a carrot cake and cookies. My kitchen is been a baking factory lately. My fridge is bursting with goodies so if you want some stop over!
Yesterday I enjoyed a nice, long shakeout walk in the sun. My legs needed it after I tried a new fitness class Thursday night. The guy did an at-home sleep study too. Apparently you don’t have to go anywhere to have them done anymore. He has serious sleep issues so hopefully, this will give us some insight into what’s going on. Off to teach spin this morning and get ready for a week of baking.
