Hey Friends! How are you? Hope you’re weekend is going well! It’s been quiet here. On Friday, I got a much needed haircut. The guy and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary with a date night out. Not sure what’s in store for us. It’s much harder when you’re older and there’s teenage kids involved. As long as we’re both happy, that’s all that matters!
Yesterday I subbed a spin class then shot a few recipes since earlier in the week it was too dark to shoot them. Being a food blogger means you’re also part time meteorologist. Today I’m teaching spin then spending the rest of the day food prepping and resting for a busy week.
