It’s that time of the week again! I hope you’re enjoying this last weekend of January. I’m finishing my final draft of my research paper and have a huge final to study for my last nutrition class. The next four months I have entrepreneur courses and a weight loss specialization course. This time next week I’ll be breathing a much needed sigh of relief, and it can’t come soon enough. I’m off to teach spin this morning then back to the books!

Can I ask what nutrition program you are doing? I did IIN also but am always looking for something to add that!
Southwest Institute of Healing Arts in Phoenix. It’s a nutrition practitioner program with a nutrition board certification. It’s a $15-20,000 program so it’s not cheap. I have a friend who’s an RD and she was impressed with it. She said it was the first program similar to RD’s she’s ever seen. I went to IIN and I wouldn’t say it’s a nutrition program. Not after going through this degree program.
