Hey Friends! Happy weekend! The last few weeks of 2019 are zipping by. I can’t believe it’s Halloween already this week. The holidays are about to creep up on us and with it will come the onslaught of treats, parties, cooler weather, Daylight Savings, and the numerous other reasons people give to let their health goals slide until January 1st.
I want to remind you to NOT be one of those people. No excuse is greater than you or your health. Stick to your plan and remain as consistent as possible. On that note, I’ll be launching my NEW group coaching program in January so watch for details coming soon on that.
