Hey Friends! Happy October! How is it October already? I have to say, I love this time of year getting up and it’s 65-70 degrees in Phoenix. Such a change from waking up to 90 degrees. Perfect for early morning walks too! It’s been a long summer stuck in the gym and I’m really loving getting back outdoors again.
