3 Smart Strategies To Stop Cravings So You Can Lose Weight!

The Sunday Skinny 10/09/16

October 9, 2016

I can’t believe it’s been two weeks since hip replacement surgery. This past week I felt SO good. No more swelling, I was able to get around relatively easy and sleep through the night. Very important! I even got to the gym bike and strength train every day. My friends couldn’t believe I had major surgery and was already able to do so much. A testament to do what you can, when you can!

On the other hand, walking has proven much more difficult. I’m still using a crutch and frustrated as HELL. Every day I wake and think, is this the day I’m gonna walk? Sigh… I feel like this is a test of my patience and I don’t like it. Crossing my fingers it happens this week. But anyway, let’s talk meal prep and links since that’s why you’re here!

Your meal prep inspiration ->> Apple Cider Vinegar Granola Bars, Paleo No Bean Hummus, Lightened Up Chicken Parmesan  and Cauliflower Kale Frittata.

Now for the links I gathered this week. Grab your coffee and catch up on what you missed in this edition of the Sunday Skinny!
