Hi Friends! Now that it’s Spring and the weather’s warming up, I’m sure many of you are thinking about changing your routine to get ready for Summer, making new health goals, shaking up your fitness or maybe just wanting to get bikini ready. Remember one small change over time can add up big! Whether your goal is losing weight, making healthier food & lifestyle choices, dropping your cholesterol, sleeping more or being healthier in general, implementing one little thing can make all the difference and motivate you to reach for more! Last week I shared 5 things I’m doing to shape up this Spring. Today my blog friends are joining in the fun and sharing what they’re doing to spring into shape this season. These ladies are truly inspirational. Beautiful inside and out.
Lindsay. Cotter Crunch
We’re trying to walk more in general, get outside, take the stairs, park further away, and enjoy the extra hour of sunshine.

I think that being more active outside of your dedicated ‘workout time’ is a big part of staying in shape and maintaining your fitness levels. So this spring/summer I plan to take it up a notch and get more active in general. Instead of busing or driving to places, I’ll walk. Instead of meeting friends for coffee or lunch, we might go for a run or play a sport. It’s the little things that count!
Michele. Paleo Running Momma
Ruthie. She’s Wicked Healthy
This spring, I’m focusing on feeling strong and ENERGIZED! How? I’m working out in the morning six days a week and taking one full day of REST! On the nutrition side, I’m replacing my afternoon coffee with a fresh juice! I want as much spring in my step as possible!
Nicole. Fitful Focus
To spring into shape, I’m hosting and participating in the Rock Your Core Challenge with a bunch of other bloggers! (we’ll be announcing it on 3/30). It’s a challenge filled with fun core exercises and healthy, tummy friendly recipes to help everyone rock their core all April long! We have some awesome sponsors and lots of prizes to give everyone that extra dose of motivation.
Becky. Olives ‘n’ Wine
I’m sticking with my current fitness routine – SPINNING 2x/week and teaching BODYPUMP 2-3x/week, as long as I can until my due date! With the sun staying out later, I’m also making sure to fit in more time walking after dinner with my husband and black lab.
Deborah. Confessions of A Mother Runner
This spring I am…trying to have patience while returning from my running injury. Adding back on the miles slowly so not to re injure myself. Harder said than done! I am continuing to create healthy, clean meals my whole family can enjoy and trying to get them to explore eating new veggies. I am also dying to get outside and ride my bike. I have 2 triathlon races planned.
Elsie. Sharing Healthiness
Daisy. Fit Wandurlust Runner
Jill. Champagne For Everyday
I am going to slow down and smell the flowers this spring (cue photo with flowers!) by taking a gentler approach to my workouts. I plan on enjoying a season of chill steady-state cardio sessions, mat work, and resistance bands for more relaxing workouts. After a winter of hardcore HIIT cardio and resistance training, this is the new spring beginning my body craves!
