If there’s one thing you’ve learned about me and my food, it’s that I love to snack. In fact, I love snacks so much I’d rather have them than real meals. Some of my favorite snacks are hummus and veggies, boiled eggs, almonds, nut butter and apples, greek yogurt and of course we can’t forget the muffins. My latest obsession is Kozy Shack® Simply Well rice pudding.
I must admit. This was the first rice pudding I’ve had ever in my entire life. Rice pudding wasn’t common where I grew up. I wasn’t sure what to expect. When I tried Kozy Shack® Simply Well, it was O-M-G good! It has a hint of vanilla in the background and the creamy texture just makes you want to cuddle up on the couch with a big ‘ole bowl to enjoy. It makes a great afternoon or after dinner snack.
The best part? Wait for it….this rice pudding’s gluten free, has no sugar added, is low fat only 1.5 grams and has only 90 calories per carton. It’s also a source of fiber and calcium. Life can’t get any better than that! The 90 calorie pudding comes in two flavors: tapioca and rice pudding. You can find Kozy Shack® Simply Well at Target, Walmart or your neighborhood grocery store near the dairy section.
You can eat it by itself. It’s delicious on it own! If you want to get fancy, you can add toppings like me. I added chia seeds and chopped kiwi to my rice pudding. Yum!
