With the new year in full swing, I've had a lot of questions about Skinny Fitalicious Subscription Meal Plans. So I wanted to share with you how they work and how you can fit them into your lifestyle!
SF meal plans are very flexible. There's 5 days of plans which gives you flexibility to eat out, eat leftovers etc. People often sign up for meal plans thinking they have to follow them 100% and that's so not true. You will never find a meal plan that 100% fits you, your food allergies, goals, etc. unless it's custom.
I firmly believe everyone needs to know how to create their own meal plan and figure out what's right for them. SF meal plans is simply a tool that supports you. My subscribers use them as a template for meal and snack ideas to guide them not be their food bible.
Also, I'm not someone who spends hours in the kitchen every weekend making food for the week. I build SF meal plans around this concept! You'll always see there's a balance of easy, throw together meals and some that require more steps. Of course, you always have the option to repeat a certain day of meals for the entire week if you love leftovers and less work. The meal plans can really work for you in so many ways!
What I love most about SF subscription meal plans is the variety of meal and snack inspiration they give you each week! As I was coaching clients, I discovered many of them never saw my recipe index or even read my blog. I don't know how that's possible, but I think we are just too busy to search Pinterest and Google. It's crazy we have this amazing thing called the internet, yet we have no time to use it!

What An SF Meal Plan Looks Like
Each plan is intended to guide your meals for the week so you have some structure and a plan! This gives you flexibility to build treats into your days, parties, birthdays, going out etc. into your plan.
SF meal plans are gluten-free and dairy-free, but if you drink regular milk that's not a big deal. You simply swap non-dairy milk with regular milk. Whole wheat flour with almond flour, coconut sugar with brown sugar, etc.
Meal plans are a combination of Skinny Fitalicious recipes and recipes approved by me. All meals use real food, are gluten-free and designed to reduce sugar cravings by keeping your blood sugar stable throughout the day.
How The Grocery Shopping List Works
Each weekly meal plan includes a grocery list. It's all inclusive so pantry and refrigerator staples like oil and ketchup will show up. You simply cross out the items you don't need to pick up before heading to the store.
Recipes + Nutrition Data
Each meal plan includes a page with each recipe detailing the ingredients, instructions, servings and nutrition data. Most meals are for one serving unless it's specified otherwise. If a recipe calls for 4 servings, the meal plan plans the leftovers for you which is why you will see some days grayed out on the plans.
When you sign up, I send you welcome video that describes how to manage the serving sizes for one person versus a family so you know what to do. It's really quite simple!
Each recipe also includes the nutrition data so you can easily input it into a food tracking app like LoseIT, MyFitnessPal or Chronometer. Many SF subscribers do this so they can attain their weight loss goals!
