    Hey Megan, I would like to sign up for your meal plan but I have allergies. I can't eat meat (pork, poultry, any kind of meat except fish), nuts, seeds, almonds etc and gluten and milk (because Hashimoto) .
    Is this plan personalized?
    (Sorry for my English, I'm not a native speaker)
