Ho, ho, ho...welcome to Christmas and welcome to My 2015 Crazy Outlandish Christmas Wish List!!
Every year I share a few things I hope to find under the tree Christmas morning to give you a peak into who what a goofball I really am. When I looked back at last year's list to see what I did and did not receive, I discovered there wasn't much on that list I did not receive. I even got the car! Okay, so I bought myself the car but still, I got it! The point is if you put things in writing it can be enough to put them into motion. This year I thought I'd have a little fun with an over the top, dreamers wish list of things for Santa to bring me. Go big or go home, right?

Trips To Everywhere
I have been to Honolulu, but never Maui and always wanted to go. I haven't been on a real vacation in two years and I think a week on the beach is just what the doctor ordered. Plus you can never get enough vitamin D. Did I mention I would like a trip here every year as well as another European or South American country of my choice? All expenses paid of course!
No More Bills
What a blessing it would be to have every debt erased, not that I have much. The thought of forever never having to worry about money, a mortgage or any bill would be the gift of a lifetime. Santa will you wave your magic wand? But don't turn me green!
My Own Cafe
Have you seen the movie It's Complicated? I'm convinced Meryl Streep is living my dream life sans the whole ex husband-affair thing. But her bakery, kitchen and cozy home are my dream. I've always wanted my own cafe with healthy breakfast, muffins, coffees, juices and smoothies. Finding good, healthy breakfast is lacking in Phoenix where everything is a chain. I even have the name...Megan's Marvelous Muffins. Santa make it happen! I want it to look exactly like this.
A Published Book
Technically I've published one e-book and technically, I've got another in the works but I want a real book. My childhood dream has always been to write a real book. You know the thick hardback kind that in 50 years will have that old library book smell? It's crazy how vivid those memories are from when I was maybe only 5 or 6. I still remember writing Monsters In My Basement in my parents basement. It's probably still there buried somewhere too!
Volunteer With Project Left Behind In Peru
You know how much I love my Nuttzo and I'm one of their proud ambassadors too that means you get a 15% discount anytime you want with my special code olson15! Every year Nuttzo organizes a group of 10-12 women to travel to Peru for a week which includes a three day intensive volunteer experience at a local orphanage that Project Left Behind supports and a visit to the one and only Machu Picchu. I can just see myself on this mountain....falling!
Publish My Recipes For Cooking Light
It would be a dream come true to have my low calorie, gluten free recipes featured regularly in cooking light magazine.
My Own Athletic Apparel Line
I am obsessed with athletic apparel. Owning my own athletic apparel line is completely a pipe dream, but something I fantasize about. I think finding good quality and optimal function athletic gear that looks good on all sizes and shapes of women is difficult to find in one brand consistently. My brand would do just that with a mix of styles from my favorite brands Lulu, Athleta and Fabletics and one thing is for certain...a lot of mesh and lace would be involved! While we're at it, let's throw in a cookware and bakeware line along with a cooking segment on The Food Network!
A Real Man
Good grief it's hard to meet decent men. Is it too much to ask for someone sane, rock hard and gorgeous to love me unconditionally and eat all my food? Santa, bring me a man! Will you please wrap an older, balding version of Ryan Gosselin in a box, put him under the tree with a red bow for me? Hey... if you're gonna wish, wish big. 😉
Make Everyone In The World Happy
Joy to the world! Too many people are unhappy in this world and my one wish is to make every person on this earth feel as happy and as free as I feel. Okay so this isn't a gift for me, but in a way it is because another person's happiness makes me happy. It's contagious! Santa, instead of gifts just sprinkle your happy wand on everyone this year!
What are your big, obnoxious dreams this Christmas?

What a fantastic and wonderful list. I have to the same! by the way mine would look very similar except for the Cafe, I feel like I run one right now for my family of five, and it's a lot of work... like so much. Ha! I am routing for you! I just know you will be one of the Nutzzo gang. So many of these are within your reach. I have a guy for you. Do you like older men? Haha!
Megan says
Ha! Well, the cafe and a Food Network show may not be so much within my reach. I also might feel different about the cafe if I had a of my own to cook for. Never thought about that and I do generally date older! 😉

Ahhh Megan! This is a good one, and perhaps one of my favorite of your posts yet -- even though it doesn't have a recipe hahah -- I like to hear your wishes. No bills and more travel sounds good to me too! And I'd totally visit your cafe.
Megan says
Glad you liked it Ashley and I'll keep you posted on the cafe! 😉

I wish no more bills. As for the man, my husband might appreciate the vacation, lol 🙂

He would probably be begging to come home after hanging with me a week!
Susie @ SuzLyfe says
YOU GO GLEN COCO. I love this. I think so much of it is what many of us would wish for! I think I would also add a functioning skeletal system 😀 Have you applied to the Peru trip? YOU TOTALLY SHOULD
Megan says
HAHA...I'm glad you thought it was funny! I would love to do the Peru trip, but it's too expensive for this chica!
