Happy Friday!  Are you ready for the weekend?  I am!  I was expecting to have a quiet week and catch up on things, but it didn’t happen.  I was slammed with work, work, work.  Ugh!  I desperately need the weekend.  

Thankfully, I had my workouts to power me through the week. I logged 38 miles outdoors, a spin class and a Barre workout this morning.  My foot was cranky last night; swollen and achy. I gave it a break this morning with a Barre workout. Since I just recovered from a foot injury, I don’t want to risk re-injury.  And the Barre workout was great!  My legs are still shaking as I type this. Today I have a lot going on – a training class, conference calls & errands. I hope to squeeze in swimming this afternoon too. I need the zen after the week I’ve had.
