I LOVE nothing more than to workout! Between swimming, cycling, weight lifting and now teaching swim lessons, I need a lot of stuff. But lately, my gym bag has turned into the never ending abyss. Honestly I have no idea how some things make their way into my gym bag.
It's true my fitness loves are a little high maintenance. They require a lot more gear than your average runner. Flip flops, kick board, towel, swimsuit, goggles, cycle shoes, oh my! It always seems as though I get to the gym and I'm missing something. And there's nothing worst than getting to the gym, ready to get your sweat on only to realize you're missing a tampon, socks (<- happens to me all the time), water or heaven forbid headphones.
Everyone needs a gym bag with the right essentials to make the most of their workouts. To get myself organized, I bought a small organizer bag that I could easily take in and out of my abyss of a gym bag. I love how the gum in is a harder case, because my packs always fall apart and then scatter, ha!

You're right. I didn't think about that, but my gum package always gets wet from a water bottle and falls apart.
