Happy St. Patrick’s Day!
Now that’s it March, the Spring bug’s in full force tempting us to eat healthy and green. Today I’m sharing 15 of my favorite veggie packed meals from around the blogiverse to help you “greenify” your St. Patty’s day plate and jump start your Spring. These are low calorie veggie packed foods. All things I’d eat myself. As with anything, everything’s best in moderation so enjoy a little bad, a little good and everything in between. I challenge you to add in one additional veggie in your weekly meal plan this Spring. Remember one small change can add up big over time.
