Exciting news today friends! I am a certified cycle instructor! It happened really fast last week as in the day before the certification class the regional director at my gym called and asked if I wanted to attend a free certification class they were offering. Obviously I said yes!
Now I just need a gym to teach at. I’m so excited about teaching something I love! One of my friends joked last week that all the things I’ve wanted to do for years but never could do are now happening. Oh boy, that’s scary! It is ironic though how when you envision yourself doing something, it happens. The sad part was when the class was over I came home bursting with excitement (it was so much fun), but I had no one to share that excitment with. I think I was having Valentine’s Day blues. So thanks for letting my share my excitement with you!
Now let’s see the food! This is from Saturday when I was at cycle training. If you’re new to Skinny Fitalicious, What I Ate Wednesday is a post I do every week showcasing my meals from one day. It’s motivational to see what other people eat in their day and also inspires me to eat balanced and to continue creating more delicious recipes for you!
Breakfast. Egg white omelette with bell peppers and red chard.
Lunch. My standard tuna and broccoli. I didn’t want to eat too much before class since it stared at noon so this was the perfect amount for me.
Snacks. After riding for two hours, I was famished. Vega protein shake with greens to the rescue.
A packet of Nuttzo (<- get 20% with my code olso-20) on the go.
An apple, carrots and winter squash muffin (not pictured). I was hungry!
Do you believe things happen when you imagine they will?
