A healthy homemade garlic & herb bread that doubles as a muffin made with protein and a touch of spice. The perfect bread to serve with dinner or a cup of soup.

Ingredients
½ cup golden flaxseed meal
½ cup almond flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp dry oregano
½ tsp dry basil
2 tsp garlic powder
½ tsp red pepper flakes
2 egg whites
½ cup water
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Prepare a bread or muffin baking tin cooking spray
In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients
In a small bowl, add wet ingredients & blend together until it becomes frothy
