A healthy homemade garlic & herb bread that doubles as a muffin made with protein and a touch of spice. The perfect bread to serve with dinner or a cup of soup.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup golden flaxseed meal
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp dry oregano
  • ½ tsp dry basil
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes
  • 2 egg whites
  • ½ cup water
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare a bread or muffin baking tin cooking spray
  3. In a medium bowl, mix dry ingredients
  4. In a small bowl, add wet ingredients & blend together until it becomes frothy
  5. Add wet to dry & combine gently
  6. Pour into baking or muffin tin
  7. Bake 20-25 minutes
  8. Cool 5-10 minutes prior to serving
