Raspberry Almond & Chia Smoothie

Serves: 1
- ⅔ cup frozen raspberries
- ½ cup plain nonfat greek yogurt (I used Stoneyfield)
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- garnish with more raspberries, chia seeds & almonds
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor or blender
- Blend until combined
- Add to a mason jar & garnish
Yields 1 smoothie, 155 calories
